Paper is a UI Design tool for Web, Mac, Windows and Linux. A paid plan costs about $192 a year, and there is a free plan. In our comparison it supports AI, collaboration, comments, handoff and artboards. Pen Tool, Symbols and Responsive are only partly supported. It does not offer 3D Transform.
