zeroheight is a web platform for documenting and running design systems. Teams write guidelines and pull in components, design tokens and code snippets synced from Figma and Storybook, then publish a single styleguide site for designers and developers.
It also covers governance and adoption, with workflows, approval processes and analytics on how the design system is used.
The main recent change is a focus on AI agents. zeroheight offers an MCP server so tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, VS Code and Cursor can read current design system guidance while generating code. The company says it is used by 20% of the Fortune 100.
Best for: Design system teams that need a maintained documentation site with synced tokens and components, without building their own.
Free plan for 1 editor, 1 styleguide and 1 token set. Starter is $49 per editor per month (USD) with 15% off yearly billing and a 14-day free trial. Enterprise is custom-priced. Checked October 2026.
