Canva bought Serif in 2024. Since October 2025, Affinity Designer, Photo and Publisher are one free app, Affinity by Canva.

Canva-owned professional app that merges the former Affinity Designer, Photo and Publisher into one free application for vector, pixel and layout work. It suits illustrators and brand designers more than product teams, as it lacks multiplayer editing and dev handoff. The September 2026 update added a Blend Tool and in-app scripting; an iPad version is 'coming soon'.
