About MockFlow

MockFlow is a visual canvas for wireframing, diagrams, mind maps, flowcharts, moodboards and storyboards. The WireframePro wireframing toolkit is built into every board on every plan. It runs in the browser, with desktop apps for Windows and macOS and a Chrome extension called Clippy.

Its AI agent, Mida, reads the board and can generate screens from a prompt, screenshot or URL, wire up prototypes, and run saved prompts as reusable skills. You can choose GPT, Claude or Gemini. Bridge and an MCP server connect coding agents such as Claude Code and Codex.

The Max plan adds Build mode, which turns wireframes into production code, plus Figma export and an offline desktop app on yearly billing.

Best for: Product teams and solo designers who want quick wireframes and flows with AI help at a low per-editor price.

Strengths

  • Free plan includes wireframing, all board types and 100 AI credits a month.
  • Low price per editor; viewers and reviewers join free.
  • AI agent can turn screenshots or URLs into wireframes.
  • MCP server and Bridge for coding agents.

Limitations

  • The free plan is for personal and nonprofit use only, with 4 projects and 500 components.
  • Prototyping is described as lite on the free plan.
  • The offline desktop app, SSO and Build mode require Max on yearly billing.

Pricing

Basic is free (1 editor, 5 reviewers, personal use). Plus is $108 per editor per year ($9/month) or $12 billed monthly; Max is $168 per editor per year ($14/month) or $19 billed monthly. Prices in USD from the site's Paddle checkout; a 10-day pass is also sold. Checked October 2026.

When to pick something else

  • Balsamiq: pick it if you want deliberately sketchy low-fidelity wireframes
  • Moqups: pick it if you want wireframes and diagrams in one browser app
  • Visily: pick it if you want AI screenshot-to-design for non-designers
  • Whimsical: pick it if you mainly need flowcharts and quick wireframes

Checked against MockFlow’s own website in October 2026.

MockFlow is a UI Design tool for Web, Mac and Windows. A paid plan costs about $108 a year, and there is a free plan. In our comparison it supports AI, collaboration, comments and symbols. Offline, Handoff, Artboards and Prototyping are only partly supported. It does not offer 3D Transform.
